Responsibilities
  • Lead the Payroll Team: Manage the payroll team, overseeing all payroll activities, including accurate and timely payroll processing, reporting, and compliance.
  • Optimize Systems: Ensure efficient operation and optimization of Time Management and Payroll systems.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Drive process and system improvements, leading payroll-related technical and functional projects.
  • Manage Risks: Assess risks, ensure quality standards, and implement improvement measures.
  • Provide Expertise: Advise managers and HR on payroll-related matters and ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, minimum 4 years of experience in German payroll, and 2+ years in team leadership. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and fluency in German and English are also required.
