Key Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist will manage and deliver the implementation requirements of key and corporate customers. This involves coordinating all parties, both internally and with customers, to ensure seamless onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Verifying trial implementations on the test environment.
  • Building test scenarios.
  • Implementing changes on the production systems of our service recipients.
  • Collaborating with couriers and e-commerce sellers to determine requirements and details necessary for accurate solutions.
  • Conducting workshops and training for retailers.

Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled individual with a keen interest in IT and a passion for learning about new software and tools.

Key Requirements Include:

  • Experience in IT-related fields, with a degree or technical studies.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to create optimal solutions for problems encountered.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with clients, identify their needs, and respond accordingly.
  • Occasional business trips to learn about clients' work environments and determine optimal services and support.
