Sales Development Representative

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business within an assigned territory
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal team members to develop account-specific strategies
- Research competitor and industry activity to stay informed of new products and services
- Manage pricing to control profitability
- Maintain accurate reporting and records to support sales growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a science, biology, or life science/technical field
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fluent in English and local language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
