We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English, has a strong understanding of data analysis and business logic, and is able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, proficiency in Excel, and experience with data transformation and mapping. Additionally, the candidate should have strong interpersonal and public speaking skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Verisk, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our solutions and enhance our data processes to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and transform data from various sources, including CSV, JSON, and Excel
  • Develop and maintain data mappings to support business requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and analyze data
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation and testing

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (at least B2 spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow elaborate instructions
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (a plus)
