In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and improvement by leveraging your expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for Performance Optimization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BI solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence professional with a strong background in delivering high-impact BI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing data visualizations and analytics platforms to support business decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, including dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
  • Design and deliver data visualizations that provide clear and concise insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop tailored BI solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions to ensure they continue to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.


Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-6 years of experience delivering Business Intelligence Solutions.
  • 4-6 years developing Data Visualization solutions which helps provide insights to the business.
  • 3+ years of Experience of using Power BI as an Enterprise Reporting Solution.
  • Strong Technical Expertise in Power BI (mandatory). Expert knowledge using advanced calculations and transformations in Power BI. Additional Power Platform experience a plus.
  • Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements. Sound knowledge of Power BI Security.
  • Excellent knowledge of connecting Power BI to various data sources. SAP HANA, SQL Server, Flat Files, Snowflake, GBD is desirable.
  • Fluent English (both: oral and written).
