Job Description

As a key member of our team at C&F, the Senior IT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects and programs that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for the customer's lead contact and manage projects, or programs directly, or supervise project managers to meet or exceed external and internal customer expectations.
  • Coordinate project plan, project activities, regular project meetings, and fortnightly steering committee meetings with senior management to report status.
  • Ensure comprehensive program or project quality and risk plans are prepared, maintained, and actively managed.
  • Establish project delivery teams and ensure they follow best practices and procedures.
  • Motivate and mentor the team, including helping them apply project management techniques effectively.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and manage stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of practical knowledge in project management.
  • Experience with end-to-end program and project delivery, including contracting, execution, finance management.
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes and IT projects and solutions.
  • Ability to manage and/or supervise multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level) and Polish (C1 level).
  • Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
