Job Title: Master Data Architect for Hybrid Data Ecosystem

Location: Warsaw, Tricity, Łódź

Salary: 900 - 1100 PLN/month

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Architect to join our team and lead the development of a hybrid data ecosystem. As a Master Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a unified data management system that integrates multiple data sources and provides a single, trusted source of truth for customer and counterparty data.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a hybrid data ecosystem that integrates multiple data sources and provides a single, trusted source of truth for customer and counterparty data.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and implement data models and data architectures that support business requirements and drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to business users on data management best practices and data governance policies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture and data governance.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing hybrid data ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of data management best practices and data governance policies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
