About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data management strategies for our global market data asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management concepts that ensure data processing and end results follow the F.A.I.R. data principles and our global standards.
  • Own the global market data asset and manage the integration of different data coming from countries and sources into one global market data asset based on the requirements of consuming projects.
  • Contribute to the enrichment of our global data and analytics technology stack according to the needs of analytics products in your area of responsibility.
  • Lead implementation teams with a strong backend focus and ensure compliance with data access, legal requirements, and data privacy topics.
  • Manage external service providers/partners, prepare cost and time estimates, and ensure proper handover to operations.

Requirements:

  • Master degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable subject.
  • 5-8+ years' working experience in the field of Data & Analytics, with experience in market analytics/market insights and the CPG/FMCG industry.
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Python, AzureML, and SAP Hana.
  • Profound data architecture and technology knowledge, data engineering skills, and data management know-how.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with intercultural awareness and a willingness to travel.
