About the Role


This Fixed-Term role will see you working closely with IT, Service Management, and Business functions to plan, coordinate, and execute major releases. You'll be responsible for scoping and planning changes, identifying dependencies, managing conflicts, and ensuring adequate controls are followed.



Your Responsibilities



  • Work closely with service owners, project managers, and other functions to properly scope and plan the execution of changes
  • Identify and clarify dependencies, manage conflicts between changes, and understand the impact of the change on our production environment
  • Ensure adequate controls are being followed
  • Coordinate implementation of changes during the release window
  • Deliver release summary and other reports
  • Champion our processes and tools


About You


We're looking for an individual who has experience in planning and coordinating major releases, managing complex deployments under pressure, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should also have a good understanding of ITIL practices and be able to work closely with application and infrastructure teams.
