You'll be the primary point of contact for partners, handling inquiries via various channels and ensuring their success in promotional activities.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies to improve partner performance, focusing on assortment optimisation.
- Business Improvement: Analyse and enhance portfolio performance for key metrics, including pNPS, stock core, return rate, GMV, GMV growth, discount share, and stock exposure per market.
- Campaign Effectiveness: Ensure effective participation in promotional activities and negotiate commercial conditions with assigned partners to guarantee campaign success.
- Financial Advisory: Offer expert advice on accounting and finance-related requests, including profit calculation, financial reports overview, and invoicing queries.
- Negotiation Expertise: Handle negotiations related to terms and conditions updates, including churn negotiations, contract terminations management, and win-backs.
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English, German, and Italian.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer care or sales.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive approach, drive, and determination to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
