Do you have a strong background in payroll processing and fluency in French? As a French Speaking Payroll Specialist with BPO Experience, you will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills to communicate with clients and manage payroll operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide payroll support to clients in France and other French-speaking countries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their payroll requirements.
- Communicate with clients in French to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in France and other French-speaking countries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in BPO or professional services with 6-8 years of global payroll processing experience.
- Knowledge of French at least B2 level.
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing invoicing and billing.
- Good experience in coordinating with customers and vendors for payroll inputs and validation.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience in HRMS/ERP like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
