French Speaking Payroll Specialist with BPO Experience

Do you have a strong background in payroll processing and fluency in French? As a French Speaking Payroll Specialist with BPO Experience, you will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills to communicate with clients and manage payroll operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide payroll support to clients in France and other French-speaking countries.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their payroll requirements.
  3. Communicate with clients in French to resolve payroll-related issues.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in France and other French-speaking countries.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in BPO or professional services with 6-8 years of global payroll processing experience.
  2. Knowledge of French at least B2 level.
  3. Graduate degree in any stream.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience in managing invoicing and billing.
  6. Good experience in coordinating with customers and vendors for payroll inputs and validation.
  7. Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  8. Experience in HRMS/ERP like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
