Job Description:

The Global Transition Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for establishing and embedding effective transition plans for new Managed Services engagements. This involves supporting the transition of services to account and delivery teams, ensuring seamless setup and transition of all aspects of the engagement.

  • Define the approach to transition planning and execution
  • Develop transition pricing assumptions and provide inputs on overall programme budgets
  • Organize the transition team and define roles and responsibilities for each team during the transition phase

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills for client C-Suite and EY senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transition leadership of complex deals and Managed Services, as well as programme and project management experience.
