**Job Overview**

As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving business growth at HH Global.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and propose innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical input and advice on print, POS, and branded merchandise projects as required.
  • Taking briefings from clients, including full specification details and deadline dates, and managing projects from start to finish.
  • Suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible.
  • Producing detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge.
  • Briefing suppliers on client requirements.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time.
  • Ensuring activity is recorded using designated company tools.
  • Maintaining a full understanding of HH Global's services and working closely with internal departments to provide clients with solutions.
  • Implementing new methods and procedures as required.
  • Working as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations, and complete necessary account admin and reporting.
  • Ensuring invoicing procedures are followed.
  • Able to attend meetings away from the client site as required.
  • Press passing when required and often out of normal working hours.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in account management, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs and KPIs.
  • Experience in Consumer Health/FMCG is essential.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is essential.
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in retail Point of Sale and print is essential.
  • Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred.
  • Leadership and management experience is desirable.
  • Numerate with a strong commercial understanding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
