About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expertise on SAP best practices to support the daily operation and effective performance of our business solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation and support of SAP MM module
  • Business requirement gathering and business blueprint documentation
  • Gap-fit analysis and as-is and to-be analysis
  • Pre-sales activities related to POC in system for various requirements
  • Planning and project efforts estimation
  • Participation in meetings and discussions to improve or enhance functionalities
  • Planning, development, configuration, and implementation of change requests for the MM module
  • Resolution of critical operational issues and error incidents logged by end-users
  • Preparation of business requirement document, functional specifications, proof of concept document, approach document for solution, UAT, test scripts, end-user training docs, and knowledge transfer document
  • Coordination with other teams like ABAP, BASIS, etc. for requirements of implementation and support activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' SAP experience working in a challenging project and/or support environment
  • Experience in MM (Materials Management)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fully conversant with MS Office toolset
  • Security clearance/CRB clearance will be required
