About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP expert to join our team as a SAP Solution Delivery Expert. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP platform for Forecast to Produce solutions and a proven track record of delivering large-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Architect Solutions: Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and recommendations from FTP area, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Commit and Deliver Business Value: Deliver high-quality solutions, covering blueprinting, designing, development, demos, reviews, testing, defect resolutions, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot Incidents: Analyze, debug, and resolve issues in the FTP area, ensuring minimal business impact.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Design, specify, document, test, and guide SAP technical developers for custom object development.
  • Ensure High-Quality Documentation: Maintain up-to-date solution documentation, knowledge base, and known error database (KEDB), tracking and improving team knowledge for effective issue analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Drive Problem Management and Continuous Improvement: Analyze trends, automate processes, build reusable assets, and focus on reducing monthly incident volumes.

Requirements

  • SAP Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP platform for Forecast to Produce solutions – PPDS (on S4), SAP PP and SAP PPPI. SAP IBP (desired, not mandatory).
  • Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with large end-to-end implementations, SAP upgrades, cloud migrations, and S/4HANA conversions.
  • Functional Consulting: Experience as an SAP functional consultant, collaborating with technical teams, and troubleshooting live systems.
  • Best Practices and Industry Standards: Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuous learning mindset and commitment to professional development.
  • SAP Certifications: SAP certifications (desired but not mandatory).
