About the Role:

As a Business Operations Analyst at Jobs for Humanity, you will be responsible for creating a feasible implementation roadmap for our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You will work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

About the Team:
This role is part of the Business Operations team, supporting smooth operation of the business and delivery of strategic projects across the organization. In this role, you will be working with senior leadership to deliver a diverse range of projects which will help to increase the efficiency of our business. This might include alignment with the target operating model, rollout of systems, agile initiatives, and future forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and report on key metrics as agreed with business lines, to be actively used by business leaders to monitor the health of the business and support decision making. Compile data from various sources into a consumable data set where needed, including design and implementation of data models and presentation as per agreed formats in conjunction with the Business Intelligence Hub.
  • Create data reporting dashboards & reports in conjunction with the Business Intelligence team, interfacing with the CMIH dashboards. To act as liaison with the Business Intelligence team to provide requirements into T&S reporting.
  • Create and deliver a Monthly KPI scorecard based on the metrics, and metrics for the Exec Quarterly Interlock meetings.
  • Partner with a variety of business teams to gather, document and maintain business processes that will support accurate data gathering.

  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Excel & Powerpoint skills
  • PowerBI experience
  • An ability to work with large, complex data sets across multiple platforms and design efficient processes to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Ability to work in English speaking environment (required language level min. C1)
