Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our client-facing operations, bridging the gap between our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the business needs are effectively translated into actionable plans for our software development teams. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders to dig deep into their needs, figure out the real requirements behind their requests, and translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and product roadmaps for development teams.

Key Activities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and product roadmaps for development teams.
  • Partner with the Business Development team & Solution Architect in early discovery phases to shape offers for prospective clients.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops with various customers and stakeholders to shape project strategies and outcomes.
  • Create documentation and visualizations to ensure project goals are clear and easily understood.
  • Help educate the team about the role and value of a Business Analyst.

What We're Looking For:

You are a proactive, independent professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for solving complex business problems. You thrive in dynamic environments and can effortlessly switch between business and technical discussions. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position in software consultancy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct discovery activities on their own or manage that process with the team.

Bonus Points:

Bonus points if you have a certification like IIBA or some extra know-how in analytics, or if you've worked on a variety of IT projects in different industries and have knowledge and experience in UX and CX.
