Job Summary:

The Business Lead will lead the business element of assigned projects, focusing on process maps, new ways of working, and operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business element of assigned projects, including process maps, new ways of working, and operational documentation.
  • Work closely with the Payroll Global Process Owner SME to lead Processes Workshops, delivering Global and Country-Specific processes and Country-Specific Service Menus.
  • Participate in Business Requirements gathering workshops to identify areas for Business Acceptance Testing.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Lead to adjust/create test cases for business requirements and coordinate test case creation.
  • Work with Change, Communication, Knowledge, and Training SMEs to ensure go-live readiness of receiving organizations, focusing on verifying knowledge of future payroll teams, Standard Operating Procedures, and ways of working.
  • Support work shadowing and trainings for end users and provide active support during go-live and hyper-care phases.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR Transformation Projects, preferably including Payroll and/or Payroll Technology changes.
  • Expertise in communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation.
  • MS Office proficiency, particularly in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Project.
  • Ability to influence cross-geography teams and achieve cross-divisional alignment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across.
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude.
