Business Development Manager
Your responsibilities
- A world leader in the fields of automation with headquarters in Germany and sales offices and production plants all over the world is looking for a highly motivated person in the team of sales representation for business development for the division of Entrance Automation
- You will be responsible for the following tasks
- Market research for customers in the field of door and gate automation.
- Planning and carrying out commercial visits
- Selection of devices and solutions for specific applications
- Implementation of the individual sales budget
- Maintaining good relationships with contractors
- Analyzing and monitoring the market for new sales opportunities
- Acquiring new customers
- Conducting presentations and training for partner
- Supporting of international fairs and sales events
- Reporting tasks in the CRM system
- Continuous improvement of qualifications in the area of technical knowledge and sales skills
Our requirements
- Engineering education (automation, robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering) or relevant experience in the technical industry
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Openness to knowledge and new technologies
- Highly active and goal-oriented
- Ability to plan and organize work
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of English enabling communication
