Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities

  • A world leader in the fields of automation with headquarters in Germany and sales offices and production plants all over the world is looking for a highly motivated person in the team of sales representation for business development for the division of Entrance Automation
  • You will be responsible for the following tasks
  • Market research for customers in the field of door and gate automation.
  • Planning and carrying out commercial visits
  • Selection of devices and solutions for specific applications
  • Implementation of the individual sales budget
  • Maintaining good relationships with contractors
  • Analyzing and monitoring the market for new sales opportunities
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Conducting presentations and training for partner
  • Supporting of international fairs and sales events
  • Reporting tasks in the CRM system
  • Continuous improvement of qualifications in the area of ​​technical knowledge and sales skills

Our requirements

  • Engineering education (automation, robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering) or relevant experience in the technical industry
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Openness to knowledge and new technologies
  • Highly active and goal-oriented
  • Ability to plan and organize work
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of English enabling communication
