Territory Development Manager Poland

Overview
As a Territory Manager West Poland, you will be responsible for leading our commercial efforts in the region, focusing on acquiring new customers and maximizing the return from existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales and discount levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience selling strategic services/products to the transport sector, or a proven commercial affinity or network in the sector
- Highly sales and results-driven with a tenacious drive to succeed
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Polish and English; any additional languages an asset
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
