Regional Sales Director Poland and Czech Republic

IDS is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in West Poland.
We are a leading fuel card provider, offering a comprehensive range of products and services to international transport operators.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers within the region and maximizing the return from existing ones.
This includes building strong relationships through effective negotiation and delivering high levels of service.
You will work closely with our Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and ensure the customer portfolio remains at minimum risk.
Key Responsibilities- Closing profitable deals with new customers
- Optimizing discount levels and volumes with existing customers
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on customer creditworthiness
- Contributing to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A minimum of 5 years' experience selling strategic services/products to the transport sector, or a proven commercial affinity or network in the sector
- Highly sales-driven and results-oriented, with a tenacious drive to succeed
- Polish and English language proficiency; any additional languages an asset
