Role Overview:

As an Epic Delivery Owner, you will be responsible for managing a series of Epics (projects) and Maintenance Envelopes. Your duties will include ensuring timely delivery of Epic scopes, integrating contributions from various squads into a cohesive plan, and writing comprehensive Epic memos for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Epic plans, including resource requirements, costs, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
  • Manage virtual teams across divisions and entities, including third-party suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and customers, offering guidance on IT investments.
  • Define and supervise Epic governance, ensuring progress and quality.
  • Lead risk, issue, and change control processes, and track action items.
  • Report progress to Tribe Management and the Sponsorship Committee.
  • Adhere to internal standards and the Agile Operating Model.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project management with expertise in Agile methodology.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good technical and business understanding.
  • Ability to influence decisions and synthesize complex situations.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict management, and delegation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
