About the Job
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Global Customer Care and Experience (GCCX) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success for our Strategic & Enterprise accounts.
You will serve as a trusted partner to our customers, managing ongoing relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey. You will play a pivotal lead role in developing and executing strategies to deepen customer relationships, drive retention and growth, and improve overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
