Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless transition to new ERP systems, supporting major company business processes.
  • Oversee and maintain our cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure, prioritizing security and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate automation of business processes in Google Workspace and Jira environments.
  • Lead and manage our IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
  • Manage relationships with IT suppliers, driving strategic partnerships and cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor IT system performance, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Lead risk and control management within internal IT, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Establish annual forecasted costs for the internal IT organization, preparing the annual budget.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project/portfolio management, change management, and system integrations within IT infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in people management and leadership positions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and IT security principles.
  • Business Analysis & Deployment Management expertise.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on tech and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, and ERP environments on the IT side.
  • IT Service Management knowledge is essential.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid driving license.
