Senior Project Manager, Finance and Legal Digitalization Transformation

We are looking for experienced and ambitious Senior Project Managers with expertise in running digitalization transformation projects in the Finance and legal domain for DNV. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex Global projects within the finance domain, ensuring successful delivery on business outcome targeted.

The Senior Project Managers will report to the Digitalization and Development Director and have a dotted line to the respective Project Director or Project Sponsor.

Locations: internal candidates from various locations will be considered.

Responsibilities: 

Lead and manage finance-related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery on targeted business outcome.  Analyze customer and stakeholder needs and the current pain points and opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the respective projects.  Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that key customers and stakeholders are at the center of what we develop and deliver. Oversee Finance projects for either GSS or the DNV Group on a global level.  Frequently interact with various stakeholders, including finance SMEs, IT professionals, and senior leaders. Learn from other companies excelling in financial processes through personal or DNV network.  Work according to the agile method, ensuring we put key customers and stakeholders at the center of what we deliver.  Strong corporate culture with an emphasis on competence development. We are seeking a candidate with: 

Proven experience in project management, with a focus on finance processes and finance transformation projects.  Experience in building and running digital world-class solutions.  A proven track record of driving process improvements and optimization, managing complex projects, and delivering results within established timelines and budgets.  The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs.  Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.  Highly developed problem-solving and communication skills.  The ability to build relationships and trust at all levels.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
