About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Account Senior with German language skills to support our Client Services team in Poznan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone and written responses to customer inquiries, from everyday to complex issues.
  • Respond to customer problems and find solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and perform control functions.
  • Verify customer orders and process them accordingly.
  • Evaluate difficult issues and manage customer complaints.
  • Participate in projects to implement company goals and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in finance.
  • Experience in customer service, with strong spoken and written German language skills.
  • Fluent German (at least C1) and good communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • A high degree of accuracy, quality, and service orientation.
  • Independent and team-oriented work to achieve set deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills and high resilience without losing focus on the customer.
