We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at SD Worx Poland Sp. z o.o. in Kraków, Poland. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities- Candidate Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients for our HR and payroll services, as well as our innovative online platform.
- Innovative Sales Strategies: Develop and implement creative methods to attract and engage potential clients.
- Needs Assessment: Analyze client requirements to propose tailored solutions from our offerings.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the sales process from start to finish, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including sales, product management, legal, and operations, to facilitate seamless collaborations.
- Market Representation: Enhance our company's image as a leading HR and payroll provider through active market presence and thought leadership.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within HR and payroll services or related industries.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and generate new ideas for sales strategies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in Polish and good English skills (B2 level).
- Experience and Adaptability: Experience in identifying and engaging potential clients effectively, with flexibility to adjust strategies based on market feedback and changing environments.
- Digital Literacy: Comfortable using and explaining online platforms and digital tools.
- Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Stable Employment: Permanent contract of employment after a 3-month probation period.
