Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships. They will work closely with our marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted campaigns to engage potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retain business
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to engage potential clients
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within HR and payroll services or related industries
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Proactive approach to generating new ideas and approaches to sales strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English language skills (B2 level)
