Digital Marketing Specialist

Selvita is a global integrated drug discovery partner for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries with laboratories in Poland and offices in the UK, US, and other locations. We offer drug discovery support at every stage of the early discovery phase up to the preclinical research phase.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will work in a friendly and collaborative environment with open-minded people who are always ready for new challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns to support business development activities in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Work closely with the business development team to support client engagement and relationship management activities.
  • Manage the business development team's conference calendar and promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cross-channel digital marketing strategies, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, organic social, and website optimization.
  • Measure digital traffic, monitor social media, and Google Analytics.
  • Manage website content and continuously optimize it.
  • Monitor budget spend and efficiency.
Your Background
  • University or college degree or relevant industry/marketing experience.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ability to implement and adjust non-technical parts of SEO based on available analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
