Digital Marketing Specialist

Selvita is a global integrated drug discovery partner for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries with laboratories in Poland and offices in the UK, US, and other locations. The company offers drug discovery support at every stage of the early discovery phase up to the preclinical research phase.

Due to constant development, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist. You'll be working in a friendly and collaborative environment created by open-minded people, always ready for new challenges that work can bring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns supporting business development activities, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Working closely with the business development team to support activities aimed at client engagement and relationship management.
  • Managing the business development team conference calendar and promotional activities.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive cross-channel digital marketing strategies: Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Organic Social, and Website Optimization.
  • Measuring digital traffic, monitoring social media, and Google Analytics.
  • Website content management and continuous optimization.
  • Monitoring budget spend and efficiency.
Your Background
  • University/college degree or relevant industry/marketing experience.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • SEO principles understanding, ability to implement and adjust non-technical parts of SEO based on available analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
