Job Description:
In this role, you will actively influence the approach and project in a modern and agile environment. As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Scala, Akka, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our team and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend systems using Scala and associated technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Technical Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Scala programming language.
- Familiarity with Akka and its application in distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Understanding of Event Sourcing principles and Elastic Search.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
