Job Description

Overview
Our company is a leader in the digital services industry, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As a Digital I&O Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our multi-cloud strategy, working closely with our Collaboration & End User Devices (EUD) Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage service catalogs to ensure consistency and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new services, ensuring they meet HEINEKEN's standards for quality and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert-level support for cloud-based services, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Participate in technology selection processes, evaluating options and making recommendations based on business needs and technical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in the Collaboration and End User Devices (EUD) field.
- 5 years of experience working with external vendors and managing contracts.
- 3-5 years of experience in agile, multicultural environments.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or related fields.
- Strong technical proficiency in IT, along with skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Preferably, experience with Business Intelligence Tools and project management certification.
