About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team at Ocado Group. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products by identifying the goals, needs, and challenges of our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and data analysts, to establish research priorities and drive user-centered design decisions.
  • Conduct and analyze user research studies to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure research is aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and research methods, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.
