Job Title: Senior Data Governance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Governance Analyst to join our team at WP Engine. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of our sales data across all systems and data warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Lead initiatives to clean and maintain data, including account hierarchies, classifications, sales representative assignments, and agency-brand relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes around data entry and collection.
  • Enhance documentation of internal data across different systems.
  • Provide training and support to teams on data governance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, data stewardship, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles.
  • Experience with sales systems and data warehousing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
