Senior Manager Data Governance and Reporting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Data Governance and Reporting to join our team at Qurate Retail Group. This role will be responsible for developing and enhancing strategic reporting products, as well as managing the company's global People Data Governance practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defines and executes a data governance strategy and roadmap, including policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Promotes and monitors the consistent and correct use of People Data, partnering across the Workforce Analytics team to ensure all projects and programs are coordinated with Data Privacy and Data Protection.
  • Creates and executes a communication plan to ensure data owners are aware of and understand the information governance strategy and policies.
  • Designs effective people analytics/reporting products that inform business decisions, leveraging project and change management skills to ensure successful rollout and adoption.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Ability to define and execute a data governance strategy and roadmap, including policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and speak knowledgeably on the topic of data governance with team members of various roles from operational level to senior executive level.
  • Ability to be client-facing, with an understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
