About the Role

The Central Contract Coordination Team at Carlsberg Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Operations Specialist to join their team. This role will be dedicated to the Elevate project, where you will be responsible for cleansing data and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of Purchase Contracts data within the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or inaccuracies in the ERP SAP platform, mainly related to Outline Agreements
  2. Ensure data consistency across the system within the relevant scope of CCC
  3. Clean and enrich data: own, coordinate, and perform cleansing activities like removing duplicates, correcting errors, and standardizing data formats
  4. Ensure clean and accurate data is ready for migration to SAP systems during implementation or upgrades
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and standards
  6. Cooperate with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to identify data-related issues
  7. Support the Central Contract Coordination team in providing necessary data for purchasing contracts maintenance and master data creation
  8. Deal with price discrepancies on the supplier's invoices
  9. Support Global Category Managers for providing accurate data necessary for maintaining the system

Requirements

  • University degree;
  • Very good level of written and spoken English (B2 or C1);
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Experience in SAP ERP and other IT systems (SKP, CORA);
  • Min. 4 years of experience in the operational procurement area;
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes with a focus on S2P;
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP modules, data management principles, and system architecture;
  • Experience working in a diverse and international environment;
  • Natural communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Good analytical skills, can think critically, and assertive attitude;
  • Inquisitive and diligent, can read between the lines.
