As a Business Development Consultant for the US Market, you will be responsible for expanding our client base in the Life Sciences industry.
Your Key Tasks Will Include:
- Clients Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients in the Life Sciences sector, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities are explored.
- Market Penetration: Develop strategies to enter new markets and increase our presence in the US Life Sciences industry.
- Business Growth: Drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market visibility by setting and achieving strategic business goals.
- Team Support: Guide junior team members, helping them develop their sales skills and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record in client development, winning new clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and growing existing business.
- Experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in the Life Sciences sector, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong strategic client management skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly.
- High resilience, tenacity, and a results-driven mindset. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum).
