The Role
  • Develop a deep understanding of client companies, industries, and work cultures.
  • Use sales techniques, marketing strategies, and networking to attract new clients.
  • Build relationships through meetings and presentations.
  • Negotiate agreements and manage social media presence.
  • Work towards exceeding targets related to new clients, billed value, or business leads.

This is a full-time role with a competitive base salary and commission structure. The working hours are US-friendly (13-21).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • English language proficiency (B2 at least).
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Genuine interest in the Life Sciences sector.
  • High level of resilience.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is an asset.
