About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer to join our team at Avanade, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a CRM Developer, you will assist Avanade delivery teams with CRM solution planning, analysis, designing, building, and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist across all phases of Avanade projects, including planning, analysis, design, build, and test.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions.
  • Research customer issues that may be non-standard in order to offer solutions.
  • Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
  • Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM platform (Cloud or/and OnPrem).
  • Customization and configuration of system.
  • Developing Plugins in C# language / .NET Framework.
  • Developing Web extensions in JavaScript.
  • Understanding of Security, Relationships mechanisms.
  • Experience of CRM integration with web applications (Web Services , JavaScript).
  • Fluent Polish and English, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work with customers/external clients and global/offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (both Polish and English are required).
