About Our Client

Our client, Michael Page, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior TA Coordinator to join their team in Warsaw.

Job Description:

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
• Manage the interview schedule and logistics between hiring managers and candidates.
• Schedule a high volume of phone, in-person, and video interviews.
• Contact candidates and potentially conduct initial interviews with them in Polish and English.
• Maintain a clear recruiting workflow by updating candidate and requisition status in Success Factors.
• Work alongside the Employee Lifecycle and HR teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and assist with induction activity.
• Edit and post job advertisements.
• SOURCE AND BUILD PIPELINE USING LOCAL JOB BOARDS, LINKEDIN.
• Manage correspondence with 3rd party suppliers as required.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams, representing the company as a strong brand ambassador.

The Successful Applicant:

• Experience supporting in a busy TA function within a volume-driven environment, providing exceptional coordinator support to hiring teams and candidates.
• Knowledge of English allowing for free communication, level min. B2.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ATS - ideally SuccessFactors.
• Highly organized, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy are a top priority.
• Ability to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments.
• Experience in searching and conducting recruitment projects on your own would be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all layers of the organization.
