About the Role

We are looking for a talented Brand Development Specialist to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our EMEA Central marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing initiatives across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and independent marketing professional who enjoys balancing local and regional projects. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, organizing events, managing digital activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Poland (50%) while contributing to EMEA Central wide project management (50%);
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including events, digital activities, and collateral development;
  • Organize and manage local and international events and trade shows;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute projects on time;
  • Work with the EMEA Central marketing team to align regional and local strategies;
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including paid campaigns, content creation, and social media engagement;
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials;
  • Support localization of global marketing campaigns, including proofreading and adaptation;
Responsibilities
  1. Native Polish speaker with very good English skills (German is a plus but not required);
  2. Ideally five years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in manufacturing or technology);
  3. Profound marketing skills across all channels of the marketing mix, including event management, digital marketing, and public relations;
  4. Strong project management skills with experience in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously;
  5. Excellent communication and time management abilities;
  6. Ability to work independently while aligning with regional and global marketing strategies;
  7. Willingness to travel occasionally within Poland and Europe, depending on project needs;
