We are seeking a Recruitment Business Development Manager to join our team and help us support recruitment processes for our UK client in the Housing sector.
The role will be in a hybrid work setting with an office located in Kraków.
Job description:
This role involves working closely with the client's Recruitment Team to find the best candidates for their permanent vacancies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to attract top talent and engage with candidates under the client's brand
- Schedule interviews and provide feedback
- Liaise with candidates and client internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations
- Evaluate candidate skills and qualifications
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions
Requirements:
- Proficient English language skills
- Previous experience in recruitment and sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
