- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Client Development: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and verticals to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role (outsourcing or B2B experience preferred).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Strong track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement software.
- Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
