Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at MEIDE GROUP. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers in Central and Eastern Europe in the area of fire protection systems and HVAC systems.

You will establish and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers, build and develop a sales network, and organize meetings with customers in Poland and abroad.

You will also monitor the potential of customers in the area of the fire protection systems and HVAC systems market, analyze the competition on the market, and handle the sales process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and higher education in mechanics, engineering, international trade, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar position is an asset, as is high motivation to work in sales.
