Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion for KSTAR New Energy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, as well as building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in new markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business administration, marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience using data analysis tools to inform sales strategies.
