Who Are We Looking For?

We need a talent hunter and lead generation expert in the gaming industry. This role is perfect for someone who excels at identifying promising game projects, reaching out to developers, and negotiating investment deals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Scouting and analyzing high-potential game projects, primarily on the Roblox platform.
  • Proactively reaching out to game developers through social media and industry networks.
  • Initiating and negotiating investment deals, ensuring a smooth closing process.
  • Building relationships and strengthening the company's presence in the gaming industry.
  • Managing the deal pipeline: processing leads, maintaining reports, and scaling deal flow.
  • Enhancing your game analytics skills to improve investment decision-making.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales, business development, talent acquisition, or lead generation

Strong skills in prospecting and client outreach

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

English B2+ & Fluent Russian

Proactive, ambitious, and ready for business trips
