Job Title: Business Development Manager

Sales Strategy:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Clients Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales industry.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, data analysis skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
