About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Krakow office. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on client development, including winning new clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and growing existing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development & Relationship Management:
    • Proactively build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients within the Life Sciences sector.
    • Utilize your established network to bring in new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Business Development:
    • Lead the development of strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our client base.
