Job Description:

The Business Development Manager plays a key role in the Sii Competence Centers. This position requires creating and closing sales processes effectively.

Salesforce solutions include the world's no. 1 enterprise cloud platform, offering a real impact on sales strategy. Working with experienced Consultants and Delivery Managers who handle the technological and organizational aspects of the sales process is an opportunity at the Salesforce Competence Center, where over 100+ Salesforce enthusiasts collaborate.

This role offers independence, numerous challenges, and an exciting and enjoyable work environment.

Your Role:
  1. Actively acquire new customers in Polish and international markets.
  2. Taking direct responsibility for creating a profitable book of clients.
  3. Promote and sell business solutions based on Salesforce products.
  4. Co-create an effective Salesforce sales strategy.
  5. Generate leads, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on client requests.
  6. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to organize business events (conferences, workshops, etc.).
  7. Build and nurture relationships with current clients and provide exceptional customer service daily.
Your Skills:
  1. Proven sales experience using a consultative selling approach.
  2. Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques.
  3. Excellent ability to analyze Customer needs to create upsell and cross-sell flows.
  4. Willingness to establish stable and satisfactory business relations with Customers and coworkers at different levels of the organization, including the Management Board.
  5. Skills in preparing offers and business presentations.
  6. Full proficiency in English, allowing cooperation with international business partners.
  7. Knowledge of Polish.
  8. Readiness for business trips and owning a driving license.
  9. A can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people.

  1. Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales).
