Your Responsibilities:
  • You'll play a vital role in expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities for our IT services, focusing on the DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics regions.
  • You'll help shape our business development strategy, ensuring it aligns with our company's vision and goals.
  • You'll lead client meetings, showcasing our portfolio and highlighting our capabilities.
  • You'll develop tailored offers and negotiate contracts, fostering lasting relationships with our clients.
  • You'll contribute to marketing efforts, creating engaging content that showcases our strengths and expertise.
  • You'll represent People More at conferences and events, promoting our brand and values.
Key Requirements:
  • A successful track record in selling outsourced IT services, preferably within a software house environment.
  • Bilingualism in Polish and English (C1 level preferred).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • An open-minded, adaptable attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • A deep understanding of the global business landscape.
  • Previous experience in handling client-facing commercial matters, such as business development, account management, sales, bid management, and negotiations, particularly in Software House environments.
  • A willingness to travel and explore new opportunities.
